OCI ordinary shares have been listed on the Cairo & Alexandria Stock Exchange since March 1999. OCI ordinary shares have been listed on the London Stock Exchange in the form of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) since September 2002 and on the Nasdaq in the form of over-the-counter American Depository Receipts (ADRs) since December 2010. Each GDR and each ADR represent one OCI ordinary share. The Bank of New York serves as the depository bank for the GDR and ADR programs.
