Board & management

The business of the Company is conducted by its employees, managers and executive officers, under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and the oversight of the Board of Directors, to enhance the long-term value of the Company for its shareholders. The Board of Directors is elected by shareholders to oversee and counsel management. The Board of Directors is chaired by Nassef Sawiris and consists of nine members, four of which are considered to be independent.
